Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Cost: €12.95 (applies to orders under €50)
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over €50
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, with some exceptions for certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect
- Free shipping will be deducted when returning an entire order
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene considerations and custom specifications, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Bike saddles (Dames fietszadels and Heren fietszadels) unless still in original, unopened packaging
- Custom-made products (certain Carbon racefietsen or Full suspension E-MTB’s)
- Specially ordered items
Return Process

Submit Return Request: Within 15 days of receipt, email [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that the product is unused and in original packaging
- Approval: Our team will review within 2 business days and send return instructions
- Ship Item: Carefully package and send to: Scott Verkoopwinkel Retourenafdeling

Netherlands - Inspection: We’ll inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt
- Refund/Exchange: Once approved, we’ll process your refund or send replacement
Exchanges
To exchange for a different model or size, follow the same return process and clearly specify the replacement item you wish to receive in your email. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Refund Details
- Timing: 5-10 business days after return approval
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless return is our error)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos if possible. We’ll provide a free return label and arrange replacement or refund.
International Returns
- Must use a traceable shipping method
- Customer responsible for any customs fees on returns
- Some Asian countries and remote areas may have restrictions
